Home Manager for Elderly and Dementia Clients

Our client is a well respected healthcare provider and owns numerous private Care Homes specialising in catering for its elderly clients who may or may not be suffering from Dementia or Alzheimers.
This Home is urgently requiring a well organised Home Manager with unsurpassed communication skills - it is essential that you have worked in Home Management for at least 3 years and that you have an RMA qualification and that you are a registered RGN with a UK PIN.
You will have a UK driving licence and have a car.
Our client is looking to you to provide strong leadership and stability to the employees of this Home and it is essential that you have a positive "can do" attitude.
Indeed, this is a very nice opportunity to work for a leading healthcare provider and be respected within the Company - the Home is set within beautiful and secure gardens with views onto open countryside. The Home specialises in Dementia Care and can easily be accessed by public transport.
The Home also caters for clients suffering from Alzheimers and has a separate Dementia Unit for its Dementia clients. There is a lift and also wheelchair access and the clients can be both long term and short term residents. Facilities offered by the Home include specialist lifting/bathing equipment, a nurse on call system, en suite facilities in all rooms. The clients are also permitted to bring their pets with them which offers them comfort and of course they can retain their own GP. There is also an organised workshop on site and the Home regularly organises excursions and activities for the clients.
