By joining this vibrant and dynamic company as Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of a rolling five year commercial brand development programme to ensure local and global Wound care business targets are achieved.
You will be based at the UK Head office reporting to the Marketing Director and building strong working relationships with the R&D team, marketing team, global customers, colleagues and external agencies.
You will be required to drive and deliver implementation of a number of global brand plans through key focus on existing brand support and the commercialisation of new product development, enhancing product portfolio, leveraging brand equity and building margin.
You will also be required to provide comprehensive marketing support to local markets for the roll out of New Product Development and Business Development where appropriate. As well as being able to identify future product opportunities, you will be expected to be fully up to date with existing and emerging trends in wound care.

The successful candidate will have relevant brand marketing experience gained from working within a similar role preferably wound care/ medical devices / healthcare sector and have a degree in a Life Science or business based subject.

In addition, you will be a consummate marketing professional with experience of the new product commercialisation process to drive product to market.
You will be comfortable working with Regulatory Affairs colleagues and resourceful and innovative in acquiring reimbursement for the brands through funding pathways. You will also be capable of dealing with complex marketing issues and possessing classic solid marketing skills around segmentation, positioning and pricing

You must have well honed project management skills and be comfortable working cross functionally in a progressive and challenging environment. In addition, you must have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, be capable of dealing with international customers via conference calls on a regular basis.

It goes without saying, that you will be a team player with strong personal leadership skills and you can adapt within a successful and highly capable team to become the Global Brand Manager to drive the brands forward

We are looking for an experienced RGN who is registered with the NMC and has an up to date PIN.
The successful candidate will work as part of a diverse and friendly multi disciplinary team ensuring the safety and well being of the research volunteers.

The main duties of this role will be to collect and record accurate data according to strict protocols and good clinical practice. Clinical procedures are varied and will include Venepuncture, monitoring of vital signs, ECG readings and cardiac monitoring.
Meticulous attention to detail will be required and a flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

There will be some shift work which will include weekends so it is essential that you are happy to work some weekends. Previous acute/critical care experience is essential and phase I / clinical research experience highly desire able. Full training will be given on appointment.

Our client is a leading entrepreneurial company based in London and Germany and he is seeking a number of experienced German speaking Telesales professionals to work out of Dach in Germany.

This company has won many business awards for enterprise and is highly regarded in the training and education arena - specialising in providing clients with high quality IT training packages and employee training courses.
