Workers' productivity up post-recession
Four in 10 employers believe that their employees are more productive now than pre-recession, a survey by a jobs board indicates. However, 36% of employers also feel that their workers are experiencing burnout. It is said that the recession produced consequences not just for those who lost their jobs, but also for the employees who had to complete their work as well as taking on much more as a result of leaner staffing.
